Balcony Gardening

As the weather warms up times has come to plant. I love gardening and I always had a garden. For the past 20 years, I live in a condominium apartment with a 60-foot balcony. Every year this balcony becomes a garden with lots of colourful flowers, a trellis with morning glory. Last year I experimented with planting tomato, miniature peppers, and green onion and it was successful. The pictures I am showing is from last year. Every year the color scheme is different. I have 6 hours of morning sun a day, so I choose carefully plants that do not need full sun.

All summer I practically live on that balcony, I eat breakfast and supper there, take a nap, listen to music, and read. It gives me a lot of pleasure and work and it helps slowing down the aging process.
